You should really check Physiologic's thread for archers, BUT
IMO, the thread is targetted specially towards PvE.
IF you want to PvP, you might want to get a different set of skills, as those would be more critical for survival or victory than others.

I don't PvP and can only come to a logical conclusion regarding the priority of skills to develop, and if that's what you want to do, a PvP archer has to step in.
IF, on the other hand, you want to PvE or farm lv25, then do check out Phys' thread.
