L45 Burd, Behr, Maige, or Phox?

I'd go for dex nuke mage so you can equip the lvl 45 pink ballista which does a ton of damage. As for the helm and armour, lvl 45 halloween helm and mantle. You'll need a nuke build too. Have just enough dex to equip the ballista.
