Heal is for stuns and stuff like that. Maxing out 12meter skills plus light equals death. 3 MS to increase armor while your mana takes the hits. 67 dex for the dmg + crit ring, rest int for skill dmg, mana, and m/s.
Drain, Frost, Fire, and Win.
6 Light is for the ones that dodge and for bears.

Scrap all of these (tbh) crap builds. The standard build 6 buffs 1 ms 6 fire 1 on all else. Change your gear & comboes to get different bursts, this is the best build from my experience at 35. Use this build + purp evi, full int hallow & enough INT for dreamers wand if you dont have paw (vs bears) - or voodoo pin (vs mages).
the main priority I found was hitting light first meant you won or had a higher chance of doing so unless they hit crits.

At lv35 without luck - crits (less than with a normal build but still not enough) you'll be out tanked by the normal 35 build as I displayed above. Please, Don't make me go all ego on yo ***

Okay at l35 listen to invert he's mostly right instead of having enought int for dark wand I would go 112 int overall it's yields better skill damage, if you do go pure nuke (no BOV) you'll have a hard chance vs bears and foxes, secondly unless you crit all three main skills (drain, light, fire) you won't be nuking anyone. Pink has also has more damage but purple evi is much more affordable and more tankier (out tank, = win). Although at l40, you can nuke "decent Mages with frost drain light fire

Very true groan, but 112 int is preferential, if you can afford paw use lower int because the higher dex = more crit/hit%. The amount of damage your skills go up by is minuscule compared to if you hit 1-2+ more crits or didnt miss a skill that you would have otherwise

Well I would very well take the 10-15 skill damage and 20 heal over 2 crit 5/6 hit and a few more damage
Even with going 112 int I can still achieve 110 ish hit, so light can stack three times therefore I have 95% chance still fairly well and with the higher heal I do survive a lot longer, although the extra crit from more Dex may kill me
