Sts please help

I got this tank, named Forcing, and i leveled it to lvl27, but now i regret it.. I wanna go down to 15...
Is there anyway sts can help me?
If u want to delevel it to 0 its okay, ill level...
But i just wanted it back to 15 pleeeease

ya they don't do that .... most they will do is delevel by 1 level

your options are :
1. pick another level above 27
or
2. start a new toon
