Zzz shame on you, firstly, there are mana packs in ctf, two of em, and second rogues are op in vs, if they can keep skill spamming that means certain death for all the other classes.
It would be senseless to enter a vs with a rogue if she can keep skill spamming due to abundant mana packs.
Therefore rogues have to learn to economise their mana and use it wisely, this actually requires skill, the same skill it takes other classes to beat rogues. If not rogues wouldnt need any skill anymore in ctf.
This is sort of a hidden plead to buff rogues in ctf, if this happens very few skilled and top geared mages/warriors can survive in ctf.

No. IMO if this pack only useful for one class then remove it. As for the CTF map mana pack makes sense because of flagging (flagger). But if nobofy flags then it shoudn't be there too
