There is only one way to get effigy... Craft it

so yes it will drop new things.

Please check the damage of the Slain King corrupted daggers. It is about -25 damage compared to Fossilized Knives of Potency.

I love this event, but is the drop rates of the vanity's really supposed to be that low? The price is going op towards 1M each for the straw hat and Cornucopia? Most of the other event i have played in (the last 3 years) it haven't been this hard to get a vanity... Im just a bit surprised

but on the other hand its keeping the price up which is good too
