You have two options,
I'm assuming you have an Android with an SD card equipt
you have two options
from your device's file explorer,
Go to:
/sdcard/.androidsecure/smdl2tmp1.asec
Android OS will automatically recreate the file later, so no worries.
smdl2tmp1.asec gets corrupted from time to time,
deleting and letting Android OS recreate the file should fix the issue
Another method
Steps
1. Remove SD Card from device and connect it to your computer
(which hopefully has an SDXC slot, and you have a SDXC to MicroSD card)
2. Take out all useful/needed files from your SD Card
3. Format it (meaning to clear the data from it)
4. Plug SD Card back into device
5. Download AL/CoC and play
Just open Play store , go to Settings and click on the Version a couple of times, and it should work
