Need Help - Weapon names

Hi Arlorians

I have never met these Weapons in the hands of a player, and were therefore wondering if they are obtainable?
My fear is that they cant be obtained, but thought i would give it a shot

The first weapon is a recolored lvl 31 mythic bow, but I think the second is custom.
