You just now noticed that? Also, some NPC's in town are embodied as a bear with a bird face in the dialog box and other mismatches.

That is an epic glitch XD I see skill icons, NPC heads, the Tap to Continue Screen little pics (like [character name] says "blah blah blah"), emote icons, and a bunch of other Unidentified flying stuff. UFS. That's weird though, I've seen stuff like that but only when my (Not PL) game lags and it bugs for a second... Is it always like that? Looks like a bugged picture file from the update pack.
