Could anyone link me to a guide about rogues in PVE? Would love to learn more about them ( builds, items, etc. ) or even better, could anyone give me a rogue build for PVE?
Thanks in advance!

Do everything you have said you will do.
Do not encroach on the rights or property of others.
Treat everyone as you wish to be treated.
Item
- Use items that increase your dex and int to have more damage. Rogues have little health and mana, if you need these two, buy mythic ring Blood and armor or helmet that has dex/str.
Pet
- Maridos It has a good balance between str / dex / int and it's good to critical. Haxonite and Wrathjaw are good legendary pets for Rogue.
Skill
- Based on Zeus. Replace Medic Packs to Trap (Bleeding and Pull), Shadow Piercer add Hit 3 mob and Razor Shield add Dodge.
- 5/5 Aimed Shot
- 5/5 Noxious Bolt
- 3/5 Shadow Piercer (Health Upgrade and Hit 3 mobs)
- 3/5 Trap (Bleeding and Pull)
- 4/5 Razor Shield (Stun Immunity, Extended Duration Upgrade and Dodge. Charge shield as a pre-emptive move to avoid stuns.)
- 5/5 Defense
- 5/5 Str/Int/Dex
- 5/5 Critical

also try to add nature jewels to items and when lv up char stat points should go on str because rogues typically have low health

The MOST IMPORTANT lesson for any rogue is ALWAYS USE SKILLS & MANA POTS or else delete the toon as you will be a burden on maps only.
This has become a REALLY BIG PROBLEM with tons of rogues out there.
If you need proof, run arena or Northal daily with pugs & you will see them.
P.s. CAPS is just for stressing the issue.
This is my PVE build for your reference:
Passives: 5/5 Durable, Knowledge, Critical, Might, Agility
Skill: 5/5 Aimed, Nox, Razor, Trap
Weapon: Bow
Maps: Usually planar tomb, planar arena, elite glintstone
[Newcomx, Newcomy, & Newcomz]
Because I frequently solo farming planar tombs 2 for fragment, with 8-9 min with no ankh used with this skill set. I don't use SP, because it can only damage 1 enemy, and sometimes pulling unnecessary giant or dog. SP maybe work efficiently in less mobs in 1 pull (like glintstone maps, planar arena, or event maps). Razor for extra dodge, bleed, & cannot be stun/freeze by mobs, Traps for slowing down, bleed, & controlling mobs. Just suit for playstyle, or maybe just fit for planar tomb . But IMO different map, different skill set, player should use skill set where they often farm.

This is the WORST advice to give a pve rogue. The minuscule hp gained is no compensation for the massive loss of dmg, crit and dodge. ALL attribute points should go to DEX when leveling a rogue. Health you can gain from gear (brutality types vs potency), pets or jewels. You want a hp monster by stacking str? Make a warrior.
Thanks everyone for your replies!
He say "pug", she say "pug", they say "pug", what is this "pug" any way?
From personal experience I find shadow piercer (first 4 upgrades) to put out almost as much dmg as aimed shot. (I have tested this and have seen results for myself.)
To reduce a rogue's attack skills to 3 sorta defeats being a rogue. Imho razor is only good for dodge as it has to be activated before you are stunned, besides, nekro is highly populated, and 9 times out of ten there is two in every party, with nek's shield, I don't feel the need to waist my points on razor.
I don't recommend charging nox and aimed all time. At certain times some skills require charging when certain upgrades are selected, i.e. with nox, upgrade strengthen shot, and razor's upgraded skill, spinning freedom. (When in party, keep in mind when charging nox, and using razor draws aggro, and you are most likey to take on more one hits )
Some fun and useful pets on a budget, a must have pet is kelvin, 100% stun, cool down is 15 seconds.
On budget breeze is good, can be bought with planar tomb fragments.
My build is
5/5 aimed, and nox
4/5 traps skip cumbustion tank (doesnt do enough dmg to be worthy of waisting a point)
4/5 shadow piercer skip last upgrade. (does more harm more often than good)
Passives
5/5 knowledge, quickness, critical, agility, might,
2/5 durable
Good luck to you in game, feel free to send me a pm on forum or in game if you have any questions.

Depends on your play style, mob types or zones u counter etc, but imo there's no perfect build, u must try different combination of each skill points until u find what suit for you, but remember some skill point is still yet bugged. But like all said here, rog sure to put all base attribute point to Dex.

I haven't played rogue for a while now, but here is the build I used for both timed runs and farming.
5/5 Aimed shot
2/5 Nox - the extra impact dmg upgrade.
2/5 sp - only the heal upgrade
3/5 shadow storm shot - the extra crit and impact dmg upgrades.
Passives - 5/5 Int str dex crit armor
I also pvp'd so I threw in 5/5 packs and 3/5 razor (long duration and stun immunity).
This build saved me a lot of gold that would have gone to respec scrolls.
I have tested against razor, veil and traps. My fastest times were with sss. The only exception to this is in mob heavy maps like shuyal where razor is better if you are willing and pot fast enough to stand in the middle of a large group of mobs. Additionally, every timed run I got when I ran them was with shadow storm shot. The time difference is more noticeable in boss heavy maps like t2 and arena.
Tap all skills. Don't charge anything in PvE, except razor if u decide to use that.
