Highest ive seen was 70% but with effigy, if u reduce effigy crit that rogue should have the highest crit ive seen. Idk if giving name is ok, she is not in my fl.

Rogue is 23%, using passive skill. But with items and pets can increase to about 40-60%, as a result you lose health and mana. The skill Aimed shot also increases your critical at 10% for a few seconds when you shoot. We also have jewel that increase critical.
