There's some guides in the AL Guides sub-forum which may be relating to what you're looking for.
Event how-to's are usually included in Remiem's community updates, which (during events) talk about the How-To's of Events

I think, if I remember correctly, Tindirin requires at least lvl33, and you get there after completing the storyline quests from Kraken Isles
