Same problem here bro. But it was explained many times that a system error occurred. All we have to do is to patiently wait. And that's what im doing for the last 8 hours now xd. As they say, you have nothing to fear if you have nothing to hide.
Ive been waiting for almost 16 hrs ago..and i wanted to play my al acct.. btw..thanks..

The funny thing for me is that STS support did send me an email but their reply is about Platinum Issue where in I never purchased any platinum. My Problem is about banned account. Is there something wrong?

My device got banned too, and what a coincidence so many player's devices was been banned in same day. I Already report it and still no reply.. Right now im playing AL at my wife's phone..

Everytime i send a report on their contact us,the reply they made in my email was, Platinum issue..were was ther claryfication to my report? Ive send a report 5 times..and their reply was still the same..Platinum issue....tired
