i have a problem about contacting sts support.
i've contact spacetime support and my 'cases status' always "CLOSED" every i send a case.
and at the same time i also received an email from spacetime at my Gmail, its says about "platinum purchases" bla bla blaaaa.. its not an answer about my cases i've sent.
*you know what case i've sent hahahahaha but received an email about plat purchases bla blaaaaa..
any thought ???
