Actually I've been thinking since you told me about your SW pet collection that it would be a great idea to name my pets after Tolkien's characters. So the arcane pets can be named after the Valar, mythic ones after the Maiar (good ones and bad), legendary ones take elvish names, human names and dwarf names, while rare and common pets are named after the bad guys (Thuringwethil for Malgo...waaah!); should be fun! Until I have to locate them LOL.
PS. Confession. For a long time I didn't know what Precious looked like or if I owned one, because I named mine Marshmallow from the first LOL.
