Damage passive glitch

Ok a long time ago the damage passive skill wouldn't work if u have pets with more than 5% damage. Did they fix that in the expansion?

It's a whole new system for dmg passive now. From here:

Out of thanks, & the above is correct, and tested. Passive damage does work.
