Easiest way is to solo and not get hit

Solo Arena. Every time you get Rutger go to the middle of right wall. If no environment appears it may either be poison or mushroom. If that's the case kill boss without moving from the wall so as not aggro mushroom. This works whatever class you are.

Yep this AP is pretty hard at first, but once you know the trick, it's easy, don't forget to go solo.
