Nobody disabled PvE Kills on any maps. All maps still give PvE Kills when you are on a level that is between the range given for that particular zone. I'm currently level 51 and I still do get PvE kills for Tindirin. I just was doing some runs there an hour ago and I confirmed it. My guess is that you leveled up past whichever level is the highest level that gives PvE kills for that zone. Tindirin was for level 41 cap, and once you get too far past there, the PvE kills stop counting since they would be too easy.

The only exception to this rule is tombs which scale to any level.
