Auction search/Pet summon error

As reported by many, I was having long loading time and after login, I am not able to change summoned pet nor am I able to search anything in auction. Ping is higher than usual. Images attached show ok-ish ping @ around 300 (usually around 200 or low) and the grey-ed out "Searching" button.
