& the last time I played 13 there were 2 builds nuke & kite/mana drain. Seeing as tho nuking doesnt work at this level anymore w/o founders (mage) then I can only assume the builds (2 of them) look something like...
6 light 1 fire 4 heal 1 frost (this one is only for people confident with their kiting ability with 1 fire cus its tough work with no drain and only 4 heal. Not to mention less armor.
the other one is anti bear, this consists of 3 frost 1 heal 5 fire 1 light 2 drain. Basically if you freeze a bear and they have 4 stomp or less they wont have a 100% chance of breaking the freeze and 3 frost is long enough so that you can fire frost then when ur fire resets theyre still frozen so you can combo them. Id advise using smth like a chunker with this build cus otherwise it can be a bit tedious.
