I also know that how you construct the message: language fluency, constructivity of mood, respectful wording, short and sweet but detailed, and nothing that can be construed as spam plays a big part in their response time. They are humans afterall, if someone sent multiple angry, belittling messages demanding me to do their bidding, i would ignore them too.
They dont typically reply to scam reports. By their policy, they are not allowed to relay their actions taken towards the scammer.
