/visit command

I think this command should be incorporated into the command system. It is unwieldy for those with long friend lists to visit a player who is offline. Thus, a /visit player command would make visiting their friend's houses so much easier.

I hope it includes something along the way of allowing house owners to pick up weekly estate token quest even though they are being locked out of their house because they missed the weekly upkeep payment due to being away on holiday.
