I think it's when you spawn in fathom crypt you talk to the sarcophagus and it'll let you in

Pretty sure those drop from the hidden passage, but the vyxnaar helms should now be disc :0

You can get the demon claws still. Tap on the sarcophagus in the town. Farm the bosses at the end. But yes the vyx helms are disc.
