new character has only 25 crafting inventory

hello guys, i created 2 new characters,but I found both of them have only 25 slots of crafting inventory ,and I found no way to expand it except platinum offers ,which means I have to drop the jewels every 20 minutes,that's awful . but my old account has 500 slots .
so could anyone tell me if there is a way to fix this without spending platinum ?

Yeah, same with me, my new char just have only 25 craft invetory items, not like another my char 500 total items

i think this is a good idea to spam about this problem coz its really hard to do event if u only have 25 slot at least give us a 200 or 300 slot i think it will help

It's not a good idea as it junks up forum with the sane topic and leaves no room for other topics plus it's not like sts is going to make the change before the end of event
