it was because the arcane hooks no longer in ARCANE rarity (red)..its now in VANITY rarity (blue)..so yes it wont gv u the red vfx unless u have the same hooks as ur weapon and in the same time wearing the hooks vanity..but it will be the most stupid thing to do
