Are the percentage buffs better than the raw number?
+150 armor vs 5% armor?
+4 dmg vs 4% dmg?
I assume the answer depends on level? So then is 3% to all stats better than +10 to all stats?
Do the speed enhancements stack with a speed buffing pet and speed elixirs?
Please enlighten me.
