Will Drak's pack be tradeable or not? (DEV confirmation needed)

So i reached plat tier about 10mins ago, and I wanna farm energy kits now for the next event. I need to know if the drak pack will be tradeable or not. If it stays untradeable i need to do some more event runs so i can get it. Is there any dev that can tell if it will be tradeable or not?
