It only applies in Somberholt and Chancel of Light. but we only saw the belt. When can we see the rest of the set? XD
it clearly specifies that the effect only works in "Somberholt Dungeons and Chancel of Light"
The +50 is damage modifier or just adds +50 damage top of all damage?
why do I have a picture of headless chickens running around at sts
Because that's how we roll!
In all seriousness we have learned some valuable lessons from the Banish Set and the Voice of the Order will be a little more reasonable. It will be through grinding and play, and not too heavy on the RNG ths time around. Specific details about the Voice of the Order set have not been released yet, but given that the Belt requires being Exalted to purchase one can surmise that it won't be available until Stage 4

Banished/Anitgnome bonuses are only available in the Underhul content, and Voice of the Order bonuses are only available in the Somberholt. The new content that utilizes the Antignome/Banished will receive no benefit from the Voice of the Order in terms of the set bonuses of that content, so while the individual stats are superior the gear will not be better in the upcoming Underhul location.
I don't want to spill too much about that content, but it should be exciting
Just by reading the set bonus.....this is gonna be underhul x10 in difficulty I feel.
Wouldn't it make more sense then for these campaign-specific sets to be level based (i.e., 1 point in primary stat per level and 0.75 point in secondary stat per level, with fixed Crit/DMG/Etc. values) so that these sets maintain their overall usefulness and are clearly the superior set when running the campaign that they were designed for?

We did think about that approach, but scaling anything by level creates its own problem. Case in point the Arcane Deary Diamond Ring and pets. Scaling forever with no ceiling means they permeate for far too long, and if they aren't scaled enough they are never perceived as useful.
I agree with that, but if, over the course of a single expansion, a set (even with full bonus) is outclassed by odd-ball legendaries, then players, like me that haven't attained the set, do not feel compelled to grind for it. If the Antignome/Banished/etc., set would be superior (even by a small margin) in a given campaign (such as Underhul and Glintstone), then that's all the reason I need to work for it. Perhaps a level based set bonus then???
Unfortunately, at this point, the stats of a full Banished set (even in the appropriate zones) pale in comparison to mainstream legendary gear from the graveyard.
The timed and pro run crowd puts value on efficiency, and if a Banished or Antignome set prove to be ever so slightly superior in terms of efficiency for these maps, then the gear will continue to hold value and provide players that farm for them an income stream. I mean, these are not easy items to attain, so with the new gear and the huge stat differential, I just can't see anyone even bothering to work for these older sets unless they have a good reason to do so.
