Slow internet problems...

so since sts took notes about the ping issues i am wondering why has there been no actions taken still?
im always farming with luck elixir in mauso and like this im always loosing half of my elixir.. inluding many ankhs.
here a few ss since yesterday...
even in town /gh i have red ping..
this isnt funny anymore everyday the same...

Not sure maybe its your internet? My ping is around 290-370 even though I live very far from servers and never had lags. Check your internet speed or packet loss.

My ping is 120-200 and I live in Finland, northern Europe. Maybe it's because your internet. It's not always because STS

It's so fudging annoying seeing these threads, get better Internet you cheap skate.
I've never experienced lag/ping spikes and I've played since season 1, always 80-120 ping on average. 200@most!

So my question is...when are you going to fix it!

Everyone one has some problem so she posted hers..if u want suggest something good, then ask the type connection she uses or mobile or device being used and give opinion..idk how can u say use better internet connection cheap stake...if u r bored of this threads then pls don't reply..

if it matters so much to u i use wifi. and play aswell since 2012.. no need for negativity.

yeah u may be right but these isses only started since mauso was relized so idk whats the issue but i do play other online games time to time never have this issue there :/

Hmm.. Are u using mobile data or wifi? What is your location? It's possible to lag if you are a long way from US. People however tend to lag more when they are playing on a mobile connection compared to wifi. I am not saying it's your connection's problem but try to play on multiple connections like friend's mobile data hotspot, public wifi etc and then compare the difference.

I am from India and using Reliance Jio mobile data and Airtel Broadband wifi, I get around 150-300 ping on both connections. Sometimes I do lag but that's because my roommates are watching YouTube or I really have a bad connection at that time.

no mobile data is like impossible to use with arcane mostly i cant even logg in i get dc and dog running for ages.
my ping was always around 300-400 since im in this country(uae)i do restart wifi like once a week to check if thats the issue but yeah it doesnt stay good for long. im known for my ping lol
its just really annoying u know.. ankhs arent cheap and i use em alot and with ping its just pretty expensive. anyways ik its not ur fault or something but u may see im really frustrated about this issue

If you is have modem wifi sure make have good modem me is have "Asus black night modem" me! Lag? No existing world me if you is want connection better cable connection better cable connection better! You is only need PC laptop you else no cable connection you. If you is still problem with good modem wifi connection you then you is not sitting in helicopter! Listen advise me! no sitting in helicopter with phone or tablet is make no matter good device is making potato device. If ping is 666 listen advise me

My connection seems same, though i noticed lag from joining seems to be less now, which is good. I think lag from giant pulls is same, but mobs seem to be hopping about much less which is also good.

There's propably not only one thing what makes ping high. What I have in my mind right now are:
1. Your internet/connection etc.
2. STS servers
3. Distance from you to STS servers
4. Amount of people playing at the time (too many players may make servers unstable)

So, if you have a apartment next to STS HQ, have extremely fast wifi with good connection, low amount players playing at the moment and STS servers are running good, you will have propably like 10-50 ping.

Never had issues here. I am using fastest Internet server plus I'm the only one using it. I did notice Ppl playing on pc has better ping than mobile.
