Unable to examine bones in "Bone Study" quest

Sorry for the giant screenshots. I'm not sure why they won't shrink.

I am currentley level 30, trying to make it through the lake Louis campaign. I got to jasper's quest the bone study. This quest takes place in the le chomp level of the lake Louis campaign. There are 3 plies of bones I need to examine. The first pile(to the right of the start) seems to have registered that I examined it, which in fact I have not. I finished the level and examined the other two piles, they worked fine. I restarted the level a few times and fought my way to the first pile. Still unable to examine it. So at this point I have 2/3 bones and no way to get the third.

Hmm all I can suggest is playing it again and make sure you check the bones again. If not email support even though they will prob read this anyways.
