The issue by making them droppable is just that it devalues the pets like crazy. The pets would eventually drop down to below 1m each if they are made droppable, and then the dev dragon etc would become worthless. That's why the only way they should be made droppable is if they have extremely rare chances at being dropped, similar to rates of starry if not rarer.
