I understand your frustration but no reason to be rude.

I'd like to point out that the employees at Spacetime Studios have already said they would be giving out 20 Platinum.

I hope that is good enough for you, but who knows what they'll say and do depending on how long it takes for this outage to be fixed.

My only suggestion is to be patient and respectful.

Really, they shouldn't have to. It's completely out of their control. Like if someone rear ended you on your way to work and you got taken to the hospital, then your boss fired you for being late.
