The fact that they have been very careless about the game recently. For example heroic pets, they ran out of ideas for the game so they decided to make a new version of pets with boosted stats. Another example, this "expansion" is the worst ever expansion they have EVER released. It just seems like they didn't put any thought or effort into this one.
