Anywhere between a few hours and a week. It's Friday, so you won't be getting a reply until Tuesday at the earliest (Monday is a holiday in the U.S.). I believe the support team works 9a-5p CST Monday-Friday. Response time varies due to how congested their workload is.

In this week's weekly event thread, Justg announced they are working on a new game while reassuring AL and other Legends game will remain active because people in the last few month were freaking out that AL was going to be shut down.

Well I got my war and mage back,but they retrieved wrong rogue
They retrieved the one I made after I deleted all my three toons(war,mage,rogue) and I wanted them to retrieve one that was first deleted not the one I made later just to say hi to my friends,but I hope they will sort it out,I sent new email

I do not understand you character deleters. I mean I have deleted my fair share of experimental toons but once they are established, I keep them until the world ends! Or the game shuts down. Usually the latter haha.
