The horded energy give a distinct advantage to a select few LB runners. Crafted energy kits were never intended to be hoarded, but you know how that goes.
We'll allow the hoarded ones to be used for this event, but after that we are removing the excess energy so events can star anew each time. We understand that some people who have been stockpiling these kits may not like this. In that case you should use your stockpiles for this event.
