Dex mage question

Im putting all dex until i get 100 percent hit...is that good?? and then the rest will be intellect... When should i stop putting into dex?

If your goin dexmage your gear will boost up your hit. The whole point of a dex mage is high crit and hit. If you put more in int your spell damage will be higher while if you put in dex your accuracy and crit (double weapon damage) will be higher. Im not sure what is better but theres some info at least.
