I can possibly help, when I emailed support they don't reply because I just used their email and not the contact us link, I actually just got my warrior recovered using this.

This is their contact us link. This can also be accessed by going to any browser and inputting in the search bar "Arcane legends contact us". You should get an automated reply within 10 minutes from Spacetime Studios. Be sure to provide proof showing the character is your, e.g. when you created it, and other various things showing the character/ account is yours you want restored. Only do one email though because if you spam them you end up at the back of the queu resulting in a longer waiting period. The reply should be received within 2-3 bussiness days, and it won't be received on a weekend. Hope you get your account back.
