Doesn't STS have to disclose odds of Locked crates?

I mean yeah in that regard nobody has to do anything, but since they're breaking Apple's TOS, there might be consequences in the future I guess? (If apple decides to take action, if it's brought to their attention).

I do not assume that sts is "breaking apple's tos", for instance there is the posibility that this rule only applies to apps that are exclusively ios.
