Sudden lag spikes ingame?

Greetings;

As far as many of you read the title. I've been experiencing lag spikes these past 4 hours. I checked out my internet speed and it was doing fine. 2ms ping, 50 mbps speeds. And im still getting lag spikes going 1.5k to 14k. I'm not certain if this is my problem or a bug is being exploited ingame. Please help me out
