Please put more thought and effort into designing pets

So I finally managed to save up for a heroic pet and bought cottonkill. What should have been a joyous and momentous occasion instead turned to bitter disappointment.

The pets stats are OK (the shield could be a bit better) but there are a few things that really irk me about this cute bunny that now follows me everywhere I go.

The first thing is that it is holding the shield completely wrong. Cottonkill holds the shield as if it has a handle. This is just ludicrous. A strong hit from Jarl's sword in brackenbridge and we now have a bunny with a broken hand. Historically an arm is supposed to go through the loop to help support and block blows.

As if this wasn't enough, to make the pet even more annoying developers have chosen to equip this pet with shield AND sword yet it attacks with its feet?????

Being from Scotland I have watched Braveheart many times. Not once did I see any Scottish or English medieval soldiers charging into battle and choosing to ignore the sharp bit of steel in their hand and instead drop kick their rival. It just doesn't make sense... 500k wasted!

Check for yourself! The rabbit attacks with his feet. Might as well replace the sword with a stick of carrot.

I can't use this pet anymore because of this. I am now using trusty old deary until I have enough gold for heroic Fenris. Which will probably be in 2020.

Trust me making a game is quite difficult to make, if items touched characters they would glitch making an invisible space/ messed up moving texture (in my experience lol) so the devs have to make the characters hold the items without the character touching them. The graphics are made by people who draw them on a pc with many pixels i would say that because in the trade/auc/stash the color isnt just 1 color, if you look closely its multiple different colors of brown etc. Try to design a game and find out why devs cant do certain things lol.

I told myself it was attacking with the sword as well and lied to myself that I hadn't just wasted 500k on a pet that doesn't make sense. ... there comes a time though when you have to be honest with yourself! A time when you admit that you paid 500k for a pet that holds his shield incorrectly and wields a sword yet chooses to attack with his feet!

I know it's hard but you can't live a lie forever.

I also don't buy into the theory that this was deliberate to save pixel space. Is attention to detail too much to ask?
