Individual pvp event huh? Sigh
Awesome ! I'd love to see more information about this individual pvp event

Kinda curious how this will pan out...
On one hand it will be more difficult now for people to roll good enchantments for PvP... On the other hand they will be able to make more gold thus roll more times...
My only concern really is "hyper inflation". Once more gold starts getting into circulation people will be demanding much more for items. That might put a damper on the new player influx.
Also looking forward to hearing about next week's PvP event
Thanks for the update!

Will the total amount of gold loot for the upcoming event be the same as last event? I might want to enchant the amulet with 2 slots 100/100.
I like the idea, but this will help gold farming bots even more.
I often ask myself, why am I so attractive?
Hmmm interesting idk if ican points lol...
btw looks like AL u add GL in amulets it will be helpful thanks for updates.
Pain what?
I require that armor set/vanity. Danggg
Inflation is always based on demand. Heres an example of what im talking about
someone trying to buy an item they've always wanted but its hard to find or other people are buying it. One person is buying it for 8m and the other person is buying it for 9.5m. Obviously someone will sell it to someone offering more (unless some are nice to their friends). That now sets a new bar for the price to sell that specific item thus causing inflation.
The solo pvp event sounds interesting as long as the threshold of points is within reason of peoples daily lives. Maybe 4-6hrs worth of pvp? That also depends on how often people get kills.

Love it!
Thank you for adding bonus gold loot to amulets - I feel that out of all of the items, amulets were the best pieces of equipment to put these stats on. Players often have multiple amulets for different stats (armor, dmg) but now they can have one solely for PVE also (gold bonus).
I am super excited for next week's Individual Pvp event. The new shield prize is very unique looking.
Another AL feature for PL. I wonder if we will see more AL loyalists start playing PL as well, as this game slowly becomes more familiar to them.
These gold enchantments will make all sorts of maps a little more fun in terms of payout, especially the gold farming award maps. But those who pvp will now want to have an amulet with pvp stats and an amulet with pve/gold stats. As far as the odds of rolling what you specifically want when enchanting amulets, they just got lower, as 20 new possibilities were just added to the table. As for putting an end to automation, they know how to do it.
If the goal is to have as many players as possible reach gold tier or any tier for that matter, in order to make this pvp event have a high participation rate and reach its maximum level of success, the time spent/total score required should be extremely low, perhaps around the same as the last pvp event - or even lower, as that was a guild event, while this is an individual event. Otherwise the event won't be inclusive, as the majority are strictly pve, while the minority pvp or do both. Basically if this isn't done just right, most of PL won't attain even the bronze tier. If people are going to be forced to do something out of their interests or comfort zone, try to ease them in and don't require too much so that they'll be inclined to try and to attain scores that qualify for one of the three tiers. And I'm assuming that this will be a tier based event, if not, inclusiveness is out the window.
Supply and demand goes both ways... Both for items, and for gold. With a large supply of gold/currency in circulation, it losses it's value. So the demand on the items will stay the same, thus the value will be the same, but the gold itself will lose value.
It's basic economics really. This is why the federal reserve limits the currency in circulation. If they just kept printing money all day and flooding the market, it would lose its value.

Will the vanity set give a gold bonus aswell?
Federal market is different then a games economy, sure it still has the basic principles. (I.E. supply and demand) items are priced based on what people pay for them. I do agree with what youre saying though it does go both ways, though with an economy that allows to choose what you want and not have to buy something you dont need. Demand is a bigger factor.
Meaning that i need water/shelter/food and gas to get to and from work. In PL you only need the basics. A set to farm.
