    Question Banned - No response from Customer Service.

    Hey all,

    Came back after a couple years of not playing (been around since start up) and my account is banned? Emailed STS and got a response saying I did something wrong but absolutely nothing further...

    Any ideas on how to appeal this? Honestly; I've never done anything wrong, I even took another read through the TOS.

    Please help!

    Since they already replied confirming something was done wrong on the account, no. If you're device isn't banned make a new account.
