Just wanted to test something that I thought may have been overlooked, and yep I found a minor issue. This feature works in maps that have potions disabled (Elite Red Dragon) for example
I often ask myself, why am I so attractive?
I pointed that out, seems to be removed from the thread, and I'm not sure why as the post was polite and informative. Giving a good look into the thoughts of a player that has contributed thousands of dollars to the game and been an active part of the community for years, apparently isn't ok if it doesn't go along the current format of the game.

Manual potion use should now be available in these zones as well.
The lack of potion use is what made them "elite" maps. We essentially just lost what made these maps so much fun.
I'm definitely not alone when I say the 76/77 caps were the epitome of PL greatness. Not only was PvP balanced, but pve was amazing these caps as well, due to these maps, that challenged the skill sets of even veteran players. Now that's gone...
Now nobody needs teams or teamwork to do anything at all. This is the foundation that MMO games are built on, the reason for the second M in MMO.

This is far from a new thing. Potions have always worked in all maps that disallow potions, on a certain platform, and this was utilized quite often by many. STS has been fully aware. They even gave a community contestant recognition for soloing slayer by spamming potions in the old days. Stat pets also have eased those runs. 76 cap is long gone, celebrate the past, embrace the present. There's no going back.

Although I have done a few solos with potions on chrome, the video I actually submitted/got recognized for was with a fiery set and no potions. To this day, that is probably in my top 3 hardest things I’ve done on PL. But yeah, nowadays it doesn’t really matter, I just shared the discovery I found because I wasn’t sure if the devs wanted it fixed or not.

Can we please get another PvP event I’m so tired and bored of all these PvE events. PvE events need a rest and PvP needs to come back.
I don't know how to play video games casually. I'm either not interested at all or I play 16 hours and forget to eat.
I find PvP events unfair for the levels 1-99 it does not give them a chance to get the sets or gold from farming. Just my thoughts
While I see where you are coming from, I feel like people that have put in the work, be it by long hours of grinding, or platinum purchase, deserve something special. Up until the release of the l80 cap, older players always got some advantage. Be it the previous cap vanities rewarding access to better stats, or just the discontinued items from the previous caps (71 elites for example).
I think it gives a good incentive for players to reach 100+ as well. When we follow the cause and effect of this, that means potential profit for sts. As a majority of platinum purchased is by endgame players, an influx of new players to endgame, wether or not they purchase platinum themselves, will in turn give incentive for more platinum purchases. Because people can make gold from the new endgame players, via their platinum purchases, for items such as pure stat weapons, awakened gear, or just 105 gear farmed in premium maps via heavy elixir farming.
Also, we have been getting 2 pve events for every 1 PvP event. So new players do get the chance to farm gold more often than not, and vanities are just that, vanity. So we can look pretty, and don't really effect gameplay at all.
