I'm assuming you're on android.

Things that may be happening:
* Something else on your device is wiping the patch data while the app is running. If you're seeing it patch again if you log out and in after seeing this, this is likely what's happening.
* Something is screwed up with sdcard vs internal storage, and it's picking up stale files from the wrong place. If you do have an sdcard, try moving the app to internal storage, and see whether everything works correctly if the sdcard is ejected.
