I completed platinum offer and dont recived Platinum. That happend to me twice, there is foto of one, which I did today. And next happened to me some time ago, I send email to plat ofder feedback, system email told it will take some time to solve it...... HAH ITS +- ONE MONTH AND STILL NOTHING.....

Yeah, that is one offer from Tapjoy. About contacting Tapjoy. How I told I cantacted them on email, and its +- one month and still nothing.

I joined the game today and recived my 7 platinum from second offer so its okey. But still nothing from first offer, when I contacted them.

Sts cannot help you. Its not like they can make a offer provider specifically cater to each individual case within their game.

These kind of companies do free offers for hundreds of games, dont expect any sort of speedy service from Trapjoy.

Ive waited up to 3 months for them to rip me off(rl $) so i wouldnt get your hopes up..

Surveys never works on Chrome as offers. I gave up after like 10-12 of them that's been filled by me in a proper way.
