How do you beat him?

OK, I know about the "join a game full of 56s exploring the new content and watch them 1-shot the boss before he does his explosion move" strategy. No need to discuss that one.

How would lower level characters beat him? He's kind of a Gurgox style boss. He has an explosion move that seems to 1-shot just about everyone and everything. So there is some trick to surviving the explosion, right?

He is surrounded by glowing powerup-looking things, kind of like Gurgox. One of them is blue, the rest of them are red. But, just running to them before he explodes doesn't seem to work.

So... how do you do it?

well you attack him untill the orbs come up than you run and stand in the blue one and dont attack.

Blue = Safety.
Red = Evil.

Hmm, I tried this strategy (standing on the blue dot before AOE) and it didn't seem to save me, but I will try again more carefully.
