Because they wanna prove that we should only aim for the elusive hard to get Arcanite Iceballs and Arc weaps. Spending more cash and more cash for them to get a higher revenue for Xmas and New year.

Cause sts doesnt bother rerolling the old loot, it's basiscly the same winter event locked but just reskinned with new loot
