Ebon Rifle Proc seems weak?

the ebon gun
- needs more damage on process and more frequent / added crit and dot will be useful

the ebon staff
= reflect damage needs to be tweak it is not doing anything at the moment .

I think more damage would be cool.

I see the proc happening. It doesn't ignore armor... so it can be countered.
