I just bought a Premium 4-Item Packs! Here's the content in case someone would like to know for reference.

I can't think that it would be. I've never purchased one, but from what I understand it's only worth it if you're a low level 10-20 twink. I've only found support for the level 10 (helm) & 20 (sniper pack) item packs but only for a twink. I see that most say is the top for PvP. At the level of 30+ I could only imagine that you can find something better in CS (correct me if I'm wrong). Also, I don't think that the items are tradeable/saleable (again correct me if I'm wrong), so you're stuck with them or forced to liquidate them for little to no gold. Purchasing the low level packs for your low level PvP twink means they're transferrable (as long as you continue to play PvP), so you don't feel like you lost plat in the long run.

Finally, am I guaranteed to get these items if I purchase the same item pack, or is it a grab bag (luck of the draw)?
