Does elder tear have dodge like elder blood stone?.. 25% dodge and 25% chance to dodge on hit?

Honestly these gems should have some type of effect like that and maybe look a little different than the previous versions. Also why not make them exclusive and just add different lvl 51 gems that can drop on the new maps.
